(Doc ID 2671905.1)
Last updated on MARCH 26, 2021
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Financial Aid - Version 9 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When running the CODIN Process to process Unsolicited System-Generated Response message classes such as CRSP, CRCS,CRPN, CRSU and CRIB, messages referencing "COD Lookup Table Info not found" are shown in the AE_SFA_COD_IN log file. Two specific examples are shown below, but the messages can reference various different tags, depending on the message class involved. The referenced records will include SFA_COD_AWARD (the most common) and SFA_COD_STUDENT (less common).
The messages do not prevent the records from loading and the process from completing successfully. However, a review of the referenced record against the raw data in the file will confirm that the referenced fields (for example, SFA_CR_CRD_REQ_MET and SFA_CR_CRD_ACTN_ST corresponding to the fields referenced above) were not updated with the values from the file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > COD Full Participant > Import COD Response Data > Common Origination and Disbursement Inbound.
- Indicate file path and name for one or more Unsolicited System-Generated Response message classes (such as crsp21op).
- Run the process.
