Symptoms
In the Company Directory, the configuration shows the work email and phone number. The grid view shows preferred email and personal phone number.
The information displayed in the grids within the Company Directory component, such as the Recently Viewed section on the Company Directory Search page, or navigated to the Directs or Peers page after selecting a person, are not configurable.
The display of personal information of the employees on any navigation of the Company Directory should be configurable and up to the organization/ employee to hide/show the personal information of employees.
