Link Applicants to Jobs functionality sends email with internal candidate gateway link (NOT as configured in the site set up for default site) to internal applicants i.e For Internal Applicants, %Portal and %Node of the session of the  user linking the applicant is being done. Whereas for External Applicants, site information is being fetched.

URL contains PSC. As result, the conditional navigation setup is not working
The portal and node are derived from the portal/node of the session linking the applicant, however the site setup may define different portal/node.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.) Search Job Opening xxxx

2.) Navigate to the tab 'Applicant Search' (1) and search for applicant xxxx under sub-tab 'Quick Search '(2)

3.) Select applicant (1) and link applicant to job (2)

4.) Ok confirmation

5.) Check email sent by PeopleSoft (email is only send if job opening has questions defined).
