Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

PSPPYRUN overwrites OTH_HRS Field on PS_PAY_OTH_EARNS if PU_SOURCE='OT'.

User loads Payline data using ExceltoCI and Load Paysheets Process using the PU_SOURCE = 'OT'.

OTH_HRS Field on ps_PAY_OTH_EARNS has a value 70.

When PreCalc process is run, the OTH_HRS Field on PS_PAY_OTH_EARNS is overwritten to 0.

When the PU_SOURCE is changed to "OA", the hours remain after payroll calculation.

The hours and amount that is loaded for earning code "CRG" should remain on paysheet after payroll calculation.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Earning code "CRG" is Both Hours and Amount OK.
1. Load hour and amount for earning code "CRG" via Excel to CI to PSHUP using other sources for a contract employee
2. Verify that the hours and amount for CRG is populated on the paysheet
3. Ran payroll calculation and the hours are zeroed out for the other sources "OT"
