Symptoms
User is receiving a message stating they are unauthorized to deploy a search definition.
This particular search definition, HC_HRS_APPLICANT will not deploy and returns the following error message.
"The current user has insufficient privileges to complete this operation."
The elastic Search is setup and is running for numerous search definitions.
User can successfully deploy and work with other indexes.
Steps to replicate:
1. Try to deploy HC_HRS_APPLICANT from PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Deploy/Delete Object
