Symptoms

After processing and disbursing Federal Direct Student Loans for a student, when attempting to access the record on the Manage Direct Loan Application Component, the message displayed is 'No matching values were found'. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid -> Loans --> Manage Direct Loan Application
  2. Enter EMPLID, Institution, and Aid Year and Click Search
