E-AS: Delivered Appserver Sizing Templates Have Conflicting Default Port Values For WSL/JOLT Listeners (Doc ID 2674685.1)

Symptoms

 The delivered appserver sizing templates have conflicting default port values for WSL/JOLT Listeners.  

The delivered medium and large appserver sizing templates (medium.cfx, large.cfx) have conflicting default port values for Workstation Listener and JOLT Listener.

For example, in medium.cfx file, JOLT Listener is assigned Port=9000/SSL Port=9010 with Min Handlers=9/Max Handlers=12. Given those values, JOLT Listener Port and SSL Port would run into port conflict when spawning beyond 11 Handlers (see example below).
