E-PIA: Tile Will Not Open In A New Window When Using Data Type Of Application Class (Doc ID 2674850.1)

In Tile Wizard, 'Display In' option set to 'New Window' does not work for Tile with Data Type of Application Class

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

PeopleTools > Portal > Tile Wizard
Create a Tile with data type App class which open an external link
In step 4 Tile Display properties, set 'Display In' option to 'New Window'
Publish the Tile
Click on the Tile to test, the external link is supposed to be opened in a new browser window, but instead it's opened in the same window. The setting of 'New window' is ignored.
