E-SEC: Definition Security Issue With Trees Without Branches

Symptoms
When a user is trying to insert a Tree Definition to a Definition Group under Definition Security, the trees are showing in the definition group without branches if the SETID are the same for the trees. For example when the user trying to search for a tree and the search results do not return all the rows. If the same user compares the search results in the Tree Manager, then he can see the differences.
