ETL92: TL_ABS_GENPT Performance Issue (Doc ID 2675069.1)

Symptoms

Experiencing performance issue in TL_ABS_GENPT application Engine. It appear to be at step that is Gathering input for Time Admin (13504,15209). User states the Absence Calc runs fine and so doe Time Admin after TL_ABS_GENPT process. However, user needs to determine why the process is taking so long. User states - it took 2 hours and 22 minutes for the Gathering input for Time Admin to complete.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Generate Absence Payable time is selected on TL installation table.
2. Run Absence Calc - completes as expected
3. When TL_ABS_GENPT application Engine runs it appears to hang on Gathering input for Time Admin
