Symptoms
When attempting to run reports and post the reports to repository, below error seen in DSTAGNT_MMDD.LOG:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Peopletools-->process scheduler-->system process request.
2. Add a new run control
3. Run a sample process
4. Observe the distribution status once the process completed successfully.
