After Pasting Text Into Manager Comments, the Document Save Includes HTML Tags, Causing the Print PDF To Badly Format the Output For That Field (Doc ID 2675957.1)

Symptoms

Customer expectation is that Managers are able to copy text from any other document's Goals or Comments field, then to paste the text into newer document Goals or Comments.

When Managers paste such text into the Comments of another document, the PIA page appears properly formatted.

However when clicking the Print button, the resulting PDF has bad formatting of the copied text.   The text is so narrowly formatted the document cannot be used.

The customer's present workaround is to first paste the text into Notepad or other ascii editor to strip the HTML tags.  This is followed by a second copy from ascii, and finally paste into the target document.
