Requisition One Time Ship To Address does not Copy to All Requisition Lines

Symptoms
Requisition One Time Ship to does not copy to all requisition lines
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1) Create a Requisition
2) Purchasing > Requisitions >Add/Update Requisitions
3) Add a new Requisition -
Enter the BU press enter
Enter the requester
4) Click on Requisition Defaults
5) Click override
Enter the buyer
Enter the supplier
6) Click on One Time Address – enter the address information, press OK
Enter the Chartfield information, press OK
7) Click the plus sign on the line to add additional lines ( it does not matter how many lines are added)
8) Enter the line information for each line
9) Press Save.
10) The one time ship to only shows on the first line and last line
