EGL9.2:Changing Account Description Does Not Update PS_GL_ACCOUNT_TBL.SYNCDTTM Field. (Doc ID 2677233.1)

Symptoms

The SYNCDTTM field does not update on PS_GL_ACCOUNT_TBL record when user makes changes to the Description field in Correct History mode.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfields > Define Values > Chartfield Values and open an Account (i.e. 682000)
2.  Using Query Manager, query PS_GL_ACCOUNT_TBL.SYNCDTTM and note the Sync Date Time value.
3.  For Account 682000, click Correct History button and make certain change in Account Description and Save the page.
4.  Query back PS_GL_ACCOUNT_TBL.SYNCDTTM and note the Sync Date Time value is the same with before any change in description is done.
