Symptoms

For HCM 9.2 application running on PeopleTools 8.54, the following error messages are triggered when accessing Banking Tile.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage-> Banking -> Add Account
2. Click on 'Add Bank Account' button and the above error message is triggered.
