A PeopleCode program has called an object method which attempts to make an invalid change to the current
execution context of the program. Examples are deleting or hiding the row containing the current program,
or any parent row of the current row.

Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of
the error and correct the program.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1 Create 2 HIRE/REHIRE Templates for the same employee which has no inactive employee record. (In order to hire the employee on a new instance)
2 Go to Manage Hires Templates and process the 1st Template. (only the Personal data step)
3 Go back to Manage Hires Templates and process the 2nd Template. (Personal data and Job Data)
4 Go to Manage Hires Templates and process the 1st Template (Since Personal data step is already done, click the Add Job Data button)
5 The SQL error will be generated
