Symptoms
Guided Self Service Transfer Transaction Requires a Job Code change when the Business Unit changes.
A GSS Transfer transaction is configured to allow the user to change the employee's business unit and department.
The objective is to not change the employee's job code as part of a Transfer transaction.
Whether the job title information is display only, or not shown on the GSS transaction screen, once the business unit is changed, the job code is cleared out and the user cannot progress to the next screen.
