APT Manual Addition Of Planning Node Does Not Add (grand)child Items In CS9.2 (Doc ID 2678548.1)

Symptoms


Version 9.2 does not act the same way as 9.0 when manually adding a node.
When you click the planning node (green icon) in 9.0, semesters and mandatory courses are also added (you see the blue numbers in the left column as well as in the right).
When you do the same in 9.2, no semester items are added (you only see the blue number of the year item in the left column, semesters and courses are only in the right one).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In 9.2 version go to APT and click on an item.
2. Note that the information in the right column (AIR Item ID) is present and the left column (APT Item Seq) is missing
3. If you log into a 9.0 version you see the correct information in both columns.
