Symptoms

Sample site is on PeopleTools 8.58, and when selecting the 'Handler Tester' link from the Asynchronous Message Monitor's Asynchronous Message Details, the following error is seen.

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Click on the Handler Tester link from a message in a Done status in the Asynchronous Service Operations Monitor.

2. Click on Execute Event.
