Symptoms
When Trying To Create or Edit a Welcome Secondary Page For Candidate Gateway, below error Occurred:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Candidate Gateway > Site, open the default site
2. Ensure "Display Welcome Page" box is checked
3. Click the 'Edit' link next to this box
4. Add some text, then click "OK" button
5. Error appears
