Solutions Missing Line Break Between Paragraphs
  
The Fluid ESS solution search results have the same issue that was reported in Bug 28517017 which was fixed with PUM 16. Need this fix for the fluid ESS solution search results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with VP1
Navigate to Setup CRM > Business Unit Related > Cal Center Definition
BU = HRHDU
Options Tab
Check 'Suggested Solution Count' in the Self Service section. Enter 5.
Save

2. Navigate to Setup CRM > Common Definitions > Component Configuration > Display Templates > Display Template Details
Display Template ID = CRM_HHD_CCASE_FL
Select Case Self-Service Page 1
Check the 'Suggested Solutions' checkbox
Save.

3. Navigate to Solutions > Search Solutions
SETID = HRSOL, Solution ID = 301596
Add some more text with paragraph break.
Save

4. Test
Login with HHDUSA_AGT1
Select Employee Self Service in the Landing Page dropdown.
Select HR Service Center tile
Select Create Case
The solution details shown with no line break
