E-GL/BI: Getting "Runtime Error 52: Bad FileName or Number" Uploading Journals When Using OneDrive (Doc ID 2679392.1)

Symptoms

Site is on PeopleTools 8.57/FSCM 9.20, and recently began using Microsoft OneDrive. After doing so, users uploading Journals from Excel occasionally receive the following error. Users also noticed that the error occurs if the Jrnllog.xls (journal log) is not open prior to uploading a journal. 

 The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Set up Microsoft OneDrive.

2. Attempt to upload a journal from Excel, but keep Jrnllog.xls closed.
