E-TR: Tree Manager Tree Save As To New Effective Date For Particular Tree Hangs and Eventually Ends Session With 'An Error Has Occurred' (Doc ID 2679413.1)

Users getting kicked out the session after some time using Tree Manager "Save As" to save with a different effective date for a particular Tree. Users receive the error, "An Error Has Occurred", after the session appears to timeout during the "Save As".
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open Tree definition and do a "Save As" to change the effective date for the problem Tree
2. Observe page hang and session error when clicking "Save As"
