EGL9.2: In Budget Period Calendar Builder Can the Budget Period Be Set to Display Fiscal Year and Periods Based on its Actual Fiscal Year (Doc ID 2679549.1)

Last updated on JUNE 11, 2020

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN General Ledger - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

It appears that in Budget Period Calendar Builder, the Budget Period generated is not using the correct label or value.

For example:

The Fiscal Year starts from 07/01/2000 and ends on 06/30/2001.
When trying to build the calendar using Budget Period Calendar Builder (Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Calendars/Schedules > Budget Period Calendar Builder),
the value for the Budget Period is coming out as '2000M01', '2000M02',' 2000M03'.... last period as '2001M12'

Is there a way to set it up so that the Budget Period will show as '2001M1' for 07/01/2000 and not '2000M01'?
