Symptoms

The following performance issues were observed when using PSP-based URLs on Android mobile devices using Chrome browser:

I. After setting up an external Careers site using psp servlet, the loading time on an Android mobile devices using Chrome browser was between 2-7 minutes

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure external Careers site using psp
2. Access this site from an Android device using Chrome browser
3. Observe the loading time

II. After configuring a new CRef for a custom page, the loading time on an Android mobile devices using Chrome browser was between 60-300 seconds

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new cRef
2. Access it from an Android device using Chrome browser
3. Observe the loading time
