ACT: 2020-21 File Layout Requires New Configuration in File Parser Setup

Goal
Since Campus Solutions introduced Prospect/Admissions Data Load (to replace the deprecated External Test Score Loads feature), it was initially decided to no longer deliver updates for file layout changes. Customers were expected to create their own File Mapping Definition in File Parser for the new layout, copying from one of the delivered SAD_ACT_ mappings as a starting point, if needed.
Given the work that has been clarified would be involved, schools have requested that CS Development reconsider and deliver the new file layout required for 2020-21 ACT test score file changes.
