On : 10 version, Updating Cloud Manager

When configuring the topology by selecting a shape name for the OS Windows, the drop down is empty.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Cloud Manager > Topology
2. Click on PeopleSoft Client to edit the shape for Windows.
