Symptoms
Bill gets stuck with combo edit error after running Preload (BIPRELD) due to entry in Statistical Revenue Distribution record.
Preload cannot be run successfully to send bill to AR and GL. There is no way to correct the preload error.
Replication Steps:

1. Setup combo edit rules. Enter bill with revenue distribution.
2. Now populate journal ref only under statistical line distribution.
3. Run a single action job. Preload will give warning on statistic line distribution as combo edit.
