Getting error message :"Data being added conflicts with existing data. (18,2) " when saving a requisition that has a line attachment or comments and has the DUE date as mandatory field configured on the page and field configurator page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From the page and field configurator page, configure the DUE DATE to be a mandatory filed on the ePro requisition page.
  2. Now create a new ePro requisition with two lines.
  3. Don't enter the Due date.
  4. Add attachment to the first line and comment to the second line.
  5. Save and submit the requisition.
  6. system will generate a message that the Due date is mandatory and it is missing.
  7. Enter Due date for both lines and save and submit the requisition.
  8. Getting error message.

Another scenario for the same issue:

  1. Setup page and field configuration to make supplier id mandatory on eprocurement requisition
  2. Create a eprocurement requisition and enter comments and make sure to mark" Send to Supplier", "Show at Receipt", "Shown at Voucher" check boxes
  3. Save and Submit the requisition
  4. Getting error message.
