Symptoms
When running the Global Payroll process(GPPDPRUN) using a group list, the process was stuck in 'In Progress' status. Aborted the via the process monitor/scheduler. Now, when trying to rerun the same process with a different run control id, it fails with the below error:
Payee %1 is being processed in Group List %2 run by User %3. There could be other overlaps.
%1--> EMPLID
%2--> GROUP LIST
%3--> USER
