E-DPK: Running the DPK Setup Script with --use_alternate_puppet_install Options is Not Encrypting Passwords (Doc ID 2682040.1)

Symptoms


When running the dpk setup script with --use_alternate_puppet_install option, the script does not create the private and public pem files, the passwords are not encrypted and produces the following warnings:

Windows:




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ./psft-dpk-setup.bat --env_type midtier --domain_type all --use_alternate_puppet_install

OR

2. Run ./psft-dpk-setup.sh --env_type midtier --domain_type appserver --use_alternate_puppet_install
