On : 9.2 version, Other

When adding a new note through the fluid self service and after saving, the layout of the note is not saved.

This results in a block of text which isn't easy to read.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open My Cases
2. Open a case
3. Add a new note and save
4. Text is saved without formatting, the hard returns are not registered
