Symptoms
Elasticsearch HC_COMP_COMPENSATION_HISTORY index build extremely slow after applying PUM33
The issue may be replicated at will with the following steps:
1. Build HC_COMP_COMPENSATION_HISTORY with indexing type of incremental build
2. The Index build runs for longer than previously experienced.
