Cross Reciprocal Rate Calculation SQR EO9030 Runs To Error 'single-row subquery returns more than one row'

SQL Status = 512, SQL Error = [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.




Issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Reciprocal rate SQR
2. From Currency USD , To Currency =%
