Symptoms
As a part of the OFCCP Legislative change, the 503 Self Identification Of Disability Update (USA only) For Employees And Applicants shows an upside down Question mark instead of an apostrophe.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Disability
2. Observe that instead of the apostrophe the text message shows an upside down question mark
Don¿t instead of Don't
Parkinson¿s instead of Parkinson's
