Symptoms
In Application Designer, the 'Validate Syntax' button, when clicked, takes the cursor from wherever it is to the top of the PeopleCode Editor.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a PeopleCode.
2. Edit the PeopleCode somewhere in the middle of the code.
3. Click the 'Validate Syntax' button or select Tools > Validate Syntax.
4. The cursor is taken to the top of the PeopleCode Editor.
