E-PC: Can Trace Data From SetTracePC(3596) and SetTraceSQL(%TraceSQL_Statements + %TraceSQL_Variables) Used in PeopleCode be Assigned to a Separate File Other Than the App Server Log When the PeopleCode is Invoked Via an IB Handler? (Doc ID 2683175.1)

When using the PeopleCode functions SetTracePC(3596) and SetTraceSQL(%TraceSQL_Statements + %TraceSQL_Variables), the PeopleCode and SQL traces are writing into the App Server log file instead of the user specific trace file. This is causing the app server log file size to grow faster.

Is this part of the design or can any configuration be changed so as to cause the trace data to go into a separate log other than the App Server log?
