Customer has city,state,postal fields marked as "Required" in Application Designer for Home and Mailing Address.

As delivered, they are not required fields. Customer would like to configure page and field configurator to make city,state,postal fields as "Required" and remove customization in application designer.

How can customer accomplish this using Page and Field Configurator functionality?
