Symptoms
City, State and Postal should be required fields on Home and Mailing Address page. Currently, in Application Designer tool these fields are marked as not required for this page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Self Service > Personal Information > Home and Mailing Address.
2. City, State and Posta fields needs to be required fields
