The Employee Contribution Amount Field Is Blank on the Spending Account Enrollment Page for Payroll Interface Employee (Doc ID 2683735.1)

Symptoms

For some employees that make a Plan Type 6X election, the Employee Contribution Amount field on the Spending Account Enrollment page (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll In Benefits > Spending Accounts) is blank. When the Run Payroll Interface Calculate Deduction process is run, the deduction is not calculated.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee enrolls into Plan Type 6X (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll In Benefits > Spending Accounts).
2. Run Payroll Interface Calculate Deduction process (Navigation: Payroll Interface > Pay Period Deductions > Calculate Deductions).
