Goal

We have a classic three node cluster. We have incremental jobs running throughout the day.

When any node other than the master node goes down, the incremental indexing finishes to success and we can see the new data indexed. Search is working fine and not impacted by the down node.

However when the master node goes down, the incremental indexing finishes to success but we CAN NOT see the new data indexed. Even when the master node returns back to the cluster and if we reissue an incremental we cannot recover the data that was supposed to be indexed during the time the master node was down. The only way to recover this problem is to do a Full indexing after the master node returns. Search is working fine though.

Is that the expected behavior ?
