Goal

Prior to the change to the Federal W-4 Form in 2020, there were seven states that followed the Federal W-4 Form and did not have their own form: Colorado, Delaware, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Carolina and Utah.

Which states decided to continue to follow the Federal W-4 Form in 2020 and when will the changes be delivered to provide new functionality to support the updating of State Tax Data records for these four states for employees whose Federal Tax Data record shows Form Version = 2020 or later?
