Symptoms
When a user clicks ‘View Recipient List’ on Notification Recipient setup the error is returned
Error:
"A fatal peopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details."
" SQL error in exec HCSC_NOTIFICATION.Notification.OnExecute. Name:ResolveRecipientGroups..."
" SQL error in exec HCSC_NOTIFICATION.Notification.OnExecute. Name:ResolveRecipientGroups..."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On a SQL Server based environment, login as PeopleSoft Administrator
2. Go to Setup HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification > Notification Recipient Setup
3. Click the View Recipient List
4. Observe the error
