Symptoms

Date format not correct for French Canadien field on page W3EB_DEPBEN_DTL_FL

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create an employee self-service login (ESS) for a test employee, with Fluid access (My Benefits Fluid permission).
  2. Prepare the employee’s Open Enrollment event.
  3. Log in to ESS with French Canadien language enabled.
  4. Navigate to add a dependent page.
  5. Add the new dependent’s name, click Done.
  6. When the page displays, there is a message that the new dependent will take effect in le Juin 13, 2020.
