Why Administrators are not able to add Fluid Delegation Dashboard Tile and Fluid Create Delegation Request Tile?
When administrators navigate to Enterprise Component > Delegation > Administer Create Delegation.
After entering the user id and clicking on the button "Create Delegation Request", a page is showing blank page.
