'No Matching Buffer Found For Level' Error On Validate CL 4 Loans Run Control (Doc ID 2685853.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Validate CL 4 Loans Run control, the following error occurs:

"No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Loans > Commonline Management > Validate CL 4 Loans
  2. Add new run control copied from previous user
  3. At a later time, repeat step 1 using same run control id added in step 2


The same user/oprid can access the page using a different run control id that is not shared with any other user.
