Goal

Field PAR Request NBR on the Data Control Page allows an entry to be entered and saved. However the value is not available or visible when the record is opened again. Users who enter a value in this field lose the value when they exit the record (return to search or navigate away from the page after saving). Expectation is that a value entered into the PAR Request NBR field and saved will be available and visible when the record is accessed again.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > HR Processing USF > Field PAR Request NBR value not appearing
