Symptoms
Users are getting an error when clicking on the Time tile.

PeopleCode compile error (Field TL_INSTALLATION.TL_EXPAND_TIME_DTL not defined. (2,17) ^ HTL) for program TL_ELP_TIME_WRK.TL_HTMLAREA1.FieldFormula.
A PeopleCode program for the specified reference failed to compile correctly for the indicated reason.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee logs in and clicks on the Time tile.
2. Error occurs
