Symptoms
From My Learning Page, Learners not able to launch web-based content SCORM 1.2 from Table of Contents Page
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. From Find Learning, enroll in a class that has web-based SCORM 1.2 content or from My Learning Page
3. {click} launch link and Table of Content page displayed
4. {click} Launch link, nothing happens
