"Make A Payment" Activity Guide User Needs To Click 'Next' After Confirming Each Step in Internet Explorer (IE) in PUM Image 17 (Doc ID 2687203.1)

Symptoms


Make A Payment Activity Guide from the Financial Activity tile forces the user to click 'Next' after each step when using IE browser on PUM 17. It does not occur on Chrome or Firefox browser.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Using IE, login as SSS_STUDENT on PUM 17
  2. On Student Homepage, click Financial Account tile
  3. Click Make a Payment menu
  4. Click Confirm on Step 1 and subsequent steps after that, Next button has to be clicked for the next step to appear in IE.  It does not happen in other browsers such as Chrome and Firefox.
