Symptoms
Unable to connect Punchout Vendor site using Chrome and Firefox browsers. But able to connect using IE browser. Getting the error message: "xxxx.com refused to connect" in browser also noticed below error message in browser console. Vendor URL details are updated in the Web profile Authorized site and enabled the Framable check box.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA using Chrome Browser
2. Go to Punchout Site
3. Click on Vendor/Supplier link and getting below error
4. "xxxx.com refused to connect"
